Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports when she was 14. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd became more confident after this win and won 3 bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her adversaries were defeated all by the start of the round.
